Bahri Ship Management Joins ISSA as Honorary Member

Company will support efforts to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and operational standards among ship suppliers worldwide

Riyadh, 12 July 2021: Bahri Ship Management, one of five business units within Bahri, a global leader in logistics and transportation, has become the latest high-profile ship owner and manager to join the International Shipsuppliers and Services Association (ISSA) after its President Abdulaziz Sabri accepted an invitation to join the association as an honorary member.

ISSA’s decision to launch a new honorary membership category for ship managers underlines the importance it places on engaging with ship managers and owners around the world. Owners and managers joining ISSA as honorary members will be able to participate in running the association by attending its working groups and sharing best practices.

Welcoming the news, Saeed Al Malik, ISSA President, said: “Having Bahri, an industry stakeholder as a member of ISSA is an excellent news and we look forward to working together to improve the way owners, managers, and ship suppliers tackle issues of importance in the industry.”
