Hero MotoCorp Limited dealership in Dubai

Hero MotoCorp Limited, has opened a new exclusive dealership in Dubai With the aim of strengthening its presence in the United Arab Emirates, the company today started its work at the new exclusive showroom located in Al Ghazal Mall, on the 2nd of December Jumeirah 1, Dubai. 

As stated by the report, Speaking on the occasion, Sanjay Bhan Head of Global Business, Hero MotoCorp said “The Gulf region is a strategically important part of our we also aspire to provide world-class products and services to our customers and continue to expand this market”  During the opening, 100 Hero MotoCorp motorbikes were said to be delivered to SS Delivery Services LLC , the preferred partner of the region’s leading food delivery aggregators. Having entered the region in 2018, Hero MotoCorp, along with Afriventures FZE , it stated that its exclusive distributor in this market, is looking to further expand its business in the Gulf countries. The company stated that it serves its customers in this region through a rapidly growing network of more than 10 touch points including six dealerships, service centers and four spare parts outlets in five countries in the region, including the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. Hero MotoCorp’s states that it holds extensive product portfolio in the region includes motorcycles starting at premium levels, as ECO 150 including the Ignitor 125 , Hunk 150 , ECO 150 and The company also plans to launch its other globally successful products such as the Xpulse 200  and Hunk 160R motorcycles , as well as a range of scooters here in the near future.

Participated Hero ‘s MotoCorp , along with Afriventures , claims that it diligently have to ensure the happiness of customers in the Gulf countries through several initiatives, including service camps free, and sessions to meet with customers and welcome them, and the training of technicians across the region, and provide strong support for after – sales services.
