TransMedia Group named Zachary Danzer Director of Public Relations. He was formerly Assistant Accounts Manager for SugarLeaf Media, LLC.

Danzer will be responsible for writing and disseminating news releases, pitching stories to TransMedia’s voluminous media contacts, while cultivating and maintaining relationships with the international PR firm’s broad spectrum of clients worldwide.

“When Zach interned with us a while ago when he was a student at the University of Central Florida, he showed a rare talent for media relations and developing rapport with influential people, while maximizing brand presence on a variety of channels,” said TransMedia President Adrienne Mazzone.

“He landed impressive news stories on our clients in various media such as Yahoo.com,  The Wall Street Journal, Market Business Insider, Bloomberg, and Best News Marketing Gazette.

Danzer is a graduate of the University of Central Florida in Orlando where he majored in Advertising and Public Relations.

He has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, Justin Bartlett Animal Rescue, and participated in STEP (Service Dog Training and Education program).

“We’re happy to have Zach on our team and we’re sure clients like IceCream Sunscreen, Surviving the Survivor, and Gent Row, will feel the same as they see him perform and deliver media exposure for them,” said Mazzone. “Zach is a testament to the power of the internship program we have with major universities, which has resulted in our hiring some or the brightest, most productive young talent to serve our growing crop of clients,” she said.
