Wishing to constantly improve banking products and services, Saigon Commercial Bank (SCB) has launched new systems with advanced technology, including Card Perso Center and Banking Simulations.

On July 19, 2022, SCB officially opened Card Perso Center (card personalization) in order to modernize card operations, meeting the increasing demands for quick card issuance.

Card Perso is a system integrating modules that automate the personalization and folding of cards, speeding up the card issuance process. At the same time, the system also meets EMV, VCCS standards of Visa, MasterCard, Napas and complies with PCI DSS safety and security requirements.

Recently, SCB’s unique card products with practical features such as S-Care credit card, S-Digital debit card, … have been well received by many customers. Especially, the SCB BeYOU debit card with Zodiac signs achieved high issuance rate in the first 6 months of 2022. With the introduction of Card Perso Center, the time for issuance and card delivery to the customers are believed to be significantly shortened.

The Card Perso Center will bring about advanced card operations, helping the Bank be more proactive in card personalization. This is one of the important steps in the overall strategy of modernizing the bank’s operations.

On this occasion, SCB also brought in banking simulations at the bank’s Head Office, locating at 927 Tran Hung Dao Street (District 5, Ho Chi Minh City) to serve for staff training programs as well as higher service quality.

Besides training professional knowledge and skills, banking simulations allows employees to fully experience various situations that they have to deal with when working at bank offices, practice directly on specialized software, hopefully improving their confidence and professionalism in reality.

Strengthening the banking technology in operations and governance is a top priority of SCB in order to build an ecosystem that includes a combination of diversified financial products and services integrated with modern technology. This also fosters the bank’s development direction to become versatile, modern, sustainable and customer-centric.

The year 2022 marks the vigorous transformation in digital investment of SCB. Currently, SCB is in the process of converting e-banking applications (Internet Banking, Mobile Banking) to S-Connect application with modern technology, secured & friendly interface as well as excellent features to optimize customer experience.
