Leading Dubai-based jewellery brand, Cara Jewellers, has announced the launch of a new store located in the Dubai Hills Mall. The community-based outlet marks the first stage in a series of major expansion plans for the business beginning in 2023.

Set across approximately 2500 square feet, the new store aims to bring Caraโ€™s unique craftmanship and renowned customer service closer to clients in Dubaiโ€™s residential districts. The outlet will be the first shop across the Cara retail chain to bring together all the jewellerโ€™s signature product lines, which include engagement and bridal pieces, diamond, gold, gemstone and high jewellery, as well as custom-designed creations.ย

First established in 2005, Cara Jewellers is the result of the vision and dedication of its two founders โ€“ Kiran and Anil Pethani who have more than three decades of experience in the international jewellery industry.ย The business has built its reputation on high quality workmanship and outstanding customer care, and now has a state-of-the-art manufacturing unit in Dubai, alongside multiple customer outlets in the Emaarโ€™s Gold and Diamond Park.

The companyโ€™s expansion to date has primarily focussed on new stores close to its Sheikh Zayed Road headquarters. The move to Dubai Hills Mall will be the launchpad for a large-scale rebranding and expansion program, which will also see Cara open its first international branch in Burlington Arcade, London, building on its new tagline โ€“ Vintage. Vivid. Valued.

Speaking about the recent Dubai opening, Cara Jewellers Director, Mr. Anil Pethani, said, โ€œSince our establishment, the Cara brand has been synonymous with customer service excellence. We have always strived to go the extra mile to meet our clientsโ€™ needs, and now we are putting that principle into practice by bringing the meticulous Cara customer-experience closer to the communities we serve.โ€

He added, โ€œDubai Hills Mall is an exciting development with some iconic features, set in a vibrant district that is within easy reach for both residents and visitors. With a loyal customer-base in nearby communities such as Arabian Ranches, and the footfall that the Mall attracts, we believe this is the ideal location to begin our expansion in the UAE.โ€

Capitalising on the dramatic growth in tourism and a significant influx of expatriates into the region, Cara Jewellers also has plans for international growth. Pethani explained, โ€œWith almost twenty years in the local market, we have served visitors and residents from all around the world, which has helped us to build the Cara reputation among jewellery buyers across the globe.โ€

He continued, โ€œOur plans for overseas expansion reflect the growth of the brand into a worldwide name. As with our local expansion, we want to acknowledge our international customersโ€™ loyalty, by bringing our premium jewellery and personalised service closer to home.โ€

The new Dubai Hills Mall store is located on the first floor, close to Gate 1 and easily accessible from the Cinema Parking area.
