SKY AD. Developments, the subsidiary of Diamond Group, has launched its latest prominent project, Blue Tree, located in last remaining distinctive plot in the heart of New Cairo, the Golden Square with total investments worth EGP8bn. Spanning over 50 acres, the mixed-use project includes residential, commercial, and administrative units offering luxurious and sustainable living space.

The launch of Blue Tree comes after two years of SKY AD.โ€™s commencement in the Egyptian real estate market; as part of the company’s expansion plan regionally and globally following its monumental success in the UAEโ€™s market, and swiftly enhancing consumer confidence by leveraging its reputation as a developer that utilizes high standards in establishing integrated luxurious projects.

The announcement came during a press conference held today where the companyโ€™s top executives were present, most prominently H.E Saleh Mohammed Bin Nasra, Owner of Diamond Group, Eng. The newly announced Blue Tree project aligns with SKY AD. Developmentsโ€™ strategy to provide integrated urban projects with state-of-the-art smart systems and innovative designs, enhancing the local real estate market with modern and diverse options, the project comes in line with Egypt’s strategic national plan for urban development 2052.

Eng. Abdelrahman Agami added that the company considers Blue Tree as an added value to the Egyptian real estate market. The project leverages an exceptional design developed by one of the largest international companies, combining the latest trends in design and state-of-the-art smart services to offer both comfort and luxury to homeowners.

Blue Treeโ€™s strategic location in a prestigious area in the Golden Square in New Cairo, ensures proximity to the major axes and roads. The project is located nearby the American University in Cairo (AUC), Cairo International Airport, Al Ahly Sports Club, Heliopolis, the Ring Road, and only a few minutes away from the New Administrative Capital.

Encouraging an active and healthy lifestyle, 81% of the project will be developed on wide-open spaces to provide eco-friendly and sustainable experiences, preserve the climate and rationalize natural resources consumption. Moreover, the project includes a clubhouse, central garden, kidsโ€™ area, and cycling tracks for practicing various sports, entertainment, social, and artistic activities besides a wide range of smart services.

Blue Tree offers a comfortable avant-garde living experience where all its buildings are constructed on a ground-floor and four floors, various units, with the building area representing only 19 percent of the total space of the project.

Blue Tree provides a luxurious yet cozy living experience through approximately 1300 units, varying between luxury and duplex apartments varying between 115 to 300 square meters.

SKY AD. Developments has partnered with JZMK company, one of the worldโ€™s largest architecture and design firms to provide a distinctive design using the latest sustainable technology solution. The construction work is set to begin in 2023, and the first phase to be delivered in 2027.

SKY AD. Developments was launched in Egypt in 2021 with the aim of constructing distinguished integrated urban projects in the Egyptian market. In record time, the company was able to establish two projects in the New Administrative Capital; Residence Eight, which was sold out within a year of its official launch; and Capital Avenue, a commercial project spanning an area of 21,000 square meters.

Capital Avenue was awarded the African Property Award (APA 2022-2023), the region’s most prestigious real estate award, as one of the best mixed-use projects in Egypt, highlighting SKY AD. Developments’ achievements in its short time in the local real estate sector after achieving EGP 2.6 billion in sales since its entry into the local market.
