The 6th edition of the National Service Career Fair – NSCF 2023, will be held for three days starting today at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center (ADNEC). NSCF contributes to building the future of Emirati youth by helping them to choose the right career path and further developing a generation of capable leaders in all private and public sectors.
NSCF is held under the generous patronage of the Ministry of Defence, represented by the National Service Reserve Authority, and organized by INDEX Conferences & Exhibitions Org. LLC. – a member of INDEX Holding. NSCF provides employment opportunities for National Service Cadets and Graduates by matching them with companies seeking qualified candidates, which also encourages them to pursue higher education.
NSCF features more than 50 public and private companies and institutions from 15 different industries giving them the opportunity to meet, hire, and assist more than 12,000 Emirati nationals. This also gives companies and businesses the opportunity to build a robust database of thousands of qualified National Service Cadets and Graduates and potentially offering chances for future recruitment.
NSCF acts as a bridge between National Service Cadets and Graduates and organizations from both the government and private sectors. This gives them the opportunity to learn new skills and engage in the labour market while familiarizing themselves with the latest trends. These efforts go in line with supporting the vision of the wise leadership in the UAE towards the Emirati youth and their commitment to provide them with the best opportunities in moving up the career ladder to better serve their communities and country, and to be leaders in all economic, commercial, and educational fields.
NSCF is set host more than 50 exhibitors from the Ministry of defense, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure, Dubai Police, United Arab Emirates University, Al Ain University, University of Sharjah, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, Emirates Group, Dubai Airports, Etisalat by e&, and so many more that will present various job opportunities for cadets and graduates who embody responsibility, discipline, skills, and the high values they learned while enrolled in the National Service Program.
NSCF will also feature 24 workshops during the exhibition that aims to further develop the skills, knowledge and attributes of the National Service Cadets and Graduates, which would further contribute to their experience when attending interviews, starting a new job, and most important, choosing the right career path.
The National Service Career Fair is one of the major national fairs held annually. The event is of interest to National Service Cadets and Graduates looking for employment opportunities to kick-start their career or enhance it by pursuing further education. It also supports the local and international organizations in achieving their Emiratisation objectives and targets.
NSCF attracts high-profile public and private officials who visit the exhibition to express their support for the platform that empowers Emirati Talent, and to encourage the fulfilment of the Emiratisation Target set by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation.
