Amer Group has introduced new commercial units in one of the first integrated medical administrative commercial center in West Port Said within the Porto Said project. “Porto said shopping center. The commercial center contains medical clinics, administrative offices, shops and a hypermarket.

Porto Said project is located on an area of 100 acres, with investments amounting to about 3.5 billion pounds. The project units vary between residential units, villas, and shops.

Dr. Hosny Hany Omar, CEO of Amer Group, confirmed that the project is a great opportunity for its strategic location, which made it a destination for the residents of Port Said and Damietta governorates, especially as it provides more luxury and distinction for its residents, so that Port Said becomes one of the most important tourist destinations for the people of the governorate and its visitors, especially since it is minutes away from the Port Said port which made it a new investment destination in the governorate, with which we assure that we are able to achieve achievements one after the other, in light of adhering to the deadlines for deliveries to customers, which made us start launching a new phase of the project.

Dr. Hosny Hany added that Amer Group always thinks outside the box, and is looking for leadership in the Egyptian real estate market, and this is represented in choosing the project sites in Cairo and abroad, and we had the first to go with our projects to the governorates, in response to the desire of customers during the recent period, so we started the Porto project Said and Porto El Minya, especially after the company succeeded in marketing its previous projects in a short period of time.

The CEO of Amer Group explained that the experience they possess in the real estate field, which extends over many years, was the main reason for choosing the most distinguished places and their good planning for the timing of launching projects according to a well-thought-out plan, in addition to their ability to select success partners from major consultants in all sectors in Egypt and the Arab world. With them to ensure the implementation of the company’s projects to the fullest.

He pointed out that the increasing demand of customers and the movement of vogue to buy administrative and commercial units reflects their vision and belief in the strength and feasibility of commercial real estate investment, especially after Porto Said became the focus of attention of investors in a very short time.

It is worth noting that Amer Group announced the launch of the integrated mall units in a major ceremony for the artist Wael Jassar.
