Arabisk Real Estate Development Corporation launched an initiative ‘Actually we speak’ through the programme on the An-Nahar channel to offer housing units for immediate receipt in the new city of Cairo.

That the company launched this initiative in the belief that it would provide housing units at competitive prices in light of price developments in the real estate sector, as a result of the high prices of construction materials, said Dr. Abdel Hamid Al-Wazir, chairman of the board of directors of Arabisk real estate development company and chairman of the support and follow-up Committee of the New Cairo Developers Association.

He added that the company subtracts these units by contract of 50 percent of the total unit price, and the rest will be paid within a year. The company also subtracts other housing units under construction with facilities of up to 36 months, at a monthly premium of 5,000 pounds.

He stressed that the real estate sector is witnessing great growth during this year, in light of the facilities announced by the government to developers in the sector, noting that many real estate companies have expanded in their future plans, and many projects have been launched at the level of new cities.

Over the coming period, the company was aiming to launch new real estate projects as part of its expansion plan, which would diversify its portfolio of land in new cities.
