As countries across the region accelerate their national transformation journeys and governments implement innovative ICT capabilities to drive their transformation to digital, the need for targeted and most updated skills development continues to rise. In its support to governments and enterprises, Software AG has launched its Middle East & Turkey (MET) Partner Academy to expand training and skill development opportunities to train talent within the partner ecosystem and drive increased innovation and competitive capability.

The academy will deliver in-depth learning through a full curriculum along with badges and certifications with in-country trainings in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Egypt and Turkey. With over 300 registrations received from partner companies already, the training is designed to equip partners’ workforce with high in-demand skills of the future in critical technologies, including Integration & API Management, IoT & Analytics and Business Transformation. The academy will boost Software AG’s mission of creating truly connected enterprises, creating a fluid flow of data, through the intersection of people, departments, systems and devices to deliver rich use cases of IoT Cloud hybrid integration, business process mining and self-service analytics.

Digital transformation spending is expected to double, to top USD 74 Billion a year by 2026 across Middle East, Türkiye, and Africa, according to a recent forecast by IDC.
