The business landscape is going through continuous change, which means that there are constantly new challenges arising in HR. This can make life challenging for those in HR as there are many issues that need to be handled efficiently and with care to keep the business running smoothly and keep employees happy. This is particularly true since the COVID-19 pandemic, which has forever changed the way in which people work. There have also been many tech developments, shifting expectations, and new trends that have emerged to create new challenges. So, what are some of the biggest challenges in HR in 2024?

Hybrid Work Models

It has been a challenging few years for HR professionals because the business landscape has changed so much and in so many ways. With the pandemic, economic downtime, tech developments, and changing work attitudes, HR has had a lot to manage in recent times. By knowing how to manage the above challenges, HR professionals can keep the business running smoothly and keep staff happy and engaged at work.
