Ai just cannot do that yet and this is why it is important to still have human interaction within the classroom.

2. There Is A Need For Continuous Improvement in Training Techniques

A trainer must always look for ways to improve his training methods to better their training sessions. Changes occur in the application of the learning and trainers need to change their techniques and approaches as this area grows. As facilitators continue to learn, they become skilled communicators. Thus, sessions become more engaging and effective when they are able to see the gaps between the participants and their content. When trainers are flexible and knowledgeable, they create a dynamic learning environment which makes the learners remain involved for a longer time.
