As it prepares for the opening of AMSA VUE, Member of Radisson Individuals, Amsa Hospitality has announced a series of leadership appointments across the project’s operations, commercial, human resources, and technical departments.
Ehab Barghouth has been appointed General Manager of the soon-to-open property in Riyadh’s Diplomatic Quarter. He previously served as General Manager of Pullman Doha West Bay and has held senior leadership positions with Millennium Hotels and Resorts, Hilton, and Marriott International. In his new role, Barghouth will oversee the pre-opening process and lead the hotel’s overall operations, guest experience, and commercial performance.
Mohamad Iskandarani takes on the role of Director of Sales, bringing extensive commercial leadership experience. Before joining Radisson Hotel Group, Iskandarani held sales positions with Marriott International and the Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Lebanon. At AMSA VUE, he will focus on building strong market awareness and shaping the commercial strategy across the property’s facilities and services.
Hani Al Mowallad assumes the role of Director of Human Resources, leveraging more than two decades of experience in hospitality and human capital management. He will lead recruitment, talent development, employee engagement, and the implementation of workplace policies as the property builds its pre-opening team and prepares for operations.
Mian Azam joins the hotel’s pre-opening team as Director of Engineering, with responsibility for the property’s engineering operations, preventive maintenance programs, technical systems, safety standards, and energy efficiency. He will also oversee the technical preparations required to support a smooth opening and the long-term performance of the property.

Set to open later this year, AMSA VUE will offer 240 modern units, including duplex residences, one- to three-bedroom apartments, villas, and townhouses. The property will also feature a range of amenities and services designed to support residents’ daily needs and provide a comfortable, contemporary living experience in the heart of Riyadh’s Diplomatic Quarter.
