Fawry, Egyptโ€™s leading fintech company, in collaboration with Creative Digital Solutions (CDS), an Odoo Gold Certified Partner, has announced the launch of a direct integration between the Fawry Business Tap N Pay application and the Odoo business management system. This step aims to advance the digital payments and business management ecosystem by delivering a seamless operational experience that links sales, payments, and accounting within a single platform, ultimately driving business efficiency and streamlining operational workflows.

Powered by SoftPOS technology, the new solution enables merchants to accept contactless payments via bank cards and e-wallets directly on NFC-enabled smartphones and tablets, eliminating the need for traditional POS hardware.

Furthermore, all transactions processed through Tap N Pay are automatically synced directly to Odoo, instantly matching sales orders, invoices, and accounting ledger entries. This eliminates manual procedures, ensures data accuracy, and speeds up financial settlements.

Through this integration, merchants can transform any smart device into a payment terminal, recording and settling transactions in real time within their business management system. This eliminates redundant data entry and minimizes human error while providing a single source of truth for managing sales, payments, and accounting, ultimately boosting operational efficiency and giving businesses clearer visibility into their performance.

Meanwhile,Eng. Ramadan Khalil, CEO, CDS Solutions, stated: “This integration directly supports the Central Bank of Egypt’s vision by enabling companies to unify sales, payments, and accounting to drive efficiency and elevate the customer experience.” He added: “This solution marks an extension of the strategic partnership between CDS and Fawry to develop smart solutions tailored to the Egyptian market, fostering a more flexible, efficient, and scalable payment ecosystem.”

The new solution targets businesses operating across diverse sectors in Egypt, particularly retail, wholesale, food & beverage (F&B), and manufacturing. It empowers companies to streamline POS operations, reduce manual workflows and human errors, as well as boost data accuracy and financial settlements. Furthermore, the launch aligns with the Central Bank of Egyptโ€™s (CBE) strategy to advance the national digital payments infrastructure and expand SoftPOS applications across mobile and tablet devices. This initiative directly drives financial inclusion, supports the transition toward a less-cash society, and contributes to the goals of Egypt Vision 2030.

With this launch, Fawry solidifies its position as a primary driver of digital transformation and electronic payments in Egypt. By delivering innovative financial solutions and forging strategic partnerships, the company empowers businesses to adopt cutting-edge digital technologies in line with Egypt Vision 2030.
