DSKZ International Investment LLC and TriNano Technologies Pvt. Ltd. are pleased to announce the signing of a Strategic Partnership Agreement, establishing the foundation for an Abu Dhabi joint venture company focused on solar energy efficiency, artificial intelligence, renewable energy innovation and local industrial capability.

Aligned with the UAEโ€™sย Make it in the Emiratesย initiative, the partnership aims to position Abu Dhabi as a regional hub for the manufacturing, application and commercialisation of TriNanoโ€™s advanced solar panel nanocoating technology, supported by AI enabled monitoring and solar asset optimisation capabilities.

From its proposed UAE platform, the joint venture intends to serve solar energy markets across the Middle East,ย Africa,ย and the selective Asian South Marketsย while progressively expanding into other selected international markets.

Advanced Solar Nanotechnology

The partnership is centred on TriNanoโ€™s advancedย 3D Quantum Cladding nanocoating technology, developed to enhance the performance, efficiency and operational sustainability of solar photovoltaic panels.

The inorganic nanocoating is designed to improve light absorption, reduce reflection and mitigate the effects of dust, heat and surface contamination on solar panel performance. Its self cleaning and thermal management characteristics are also intended to reduce cleaning frequency, water consumption and ongoing maintenance requirements particularly important for solar installations operating in arid, high-temperature and water-constrained environments.

AI-Enabled Solar-Asset Optimisation

The partnership will also explore the integration of artificial intelligence as an enabling layer around TriNanoโ€™s nanocoating technology.

By combining nanotechnology with operational, environmental and energy generation data, the proposed AI enabled platform is intended to help solar asset owners:

โ€ข Monitor coated and uncoated panel performance in real time
โ€ข Analyse energy generation improvements following coating application
โ€ข Predict dust accumulation and efficiency degradation
โ€ข Optimise panel cleaning schedules based on weather and site conditions
โ€ข Reduce unnecessary water consumption and maintenance interventions
โ€ข Identify underperforming panels, arrays and solar assets
โ€ข Forecast preventive maintenance and coating inspection requirements
โ€ข Measure operational savings, carbon reduction and improvements in energy yield
ย โ€ข Support data driven investment and asset management decisions

The combination of advanced materials and AI enabled analytics will allow the joint venture to offer more than a standalone coating product. The objective is to create an integrated solar performance solution combining physical efficiency enhancement with intelligent monitoring, predictive maintenance and measurable performance reporting.

Proposed Abu Dhabi Platform

Through the proposed joint venture, DSKZ International Investment and TriNano intend to develop an integrated Abu Dhabi platform encompassing:

โ€ข Local application and progressive manufacturing of TriNanoโ€™s solar nanocoating technology
โ€ข AI enabled solar monitoring and performance analytics capabilities
โ€ข Regional research, product adaptation, testing and performance validation
โ€ข Deployment across existing and new utility scale solar power installations
โ€ข Performance enhancement and rehabilitation of ageing or underperforming solar assets
โ€ข Commercial, industrial and distributed solar energy applications
โ€ข Reduced water consumption, cleaning frequency and lifecycle maintenance costs
โ€ข Collaboration with governments, utilities, independent power producers, EPC contractors and solar-module manufacturers
โ€ข Development of performance linked commercial and investment models
ย โ€ข Regional distribution and export from Abu Dhabi to the Middle East, Africa and the selective Asian South Markets

The partnership brings together DSKZโ€™sย International Investment capabilities in strategic advisory, investment structuring, government and institutional engagement, capital formation, market access and international business development with TriNanoโ€™s expertise in nanotechnology, advanced materials, renewable energy engineering, research and development, product application and technical execution.

Subject to applicable regulatory, licensing and corporate requirements, the parties intend to establish a joint venture company in Abu Dhabi to lead the regional localisation and international commercialisation of TriNanoโ€™s technology and associated AI enabled solar performance solutions.

The proposed platform is intended to contribute to the objectives ofย Make it in the Emiratesย by bringing advanced renewable energy technology, industrial capability, digital innovation, skilled employment and export oriented manufacturing into the UAE.

Commenting on the partnership,ย Dr. Khalifa Hamad Al Aleeli, Group Chief Executive Officer and President of DSKZ Group, stated:

โ€œThis strategic partnership reflects DSKZโ€™sย International Investment commitment to supporting the Make it in the Emirates vision by attracting advanced technologies, developing local industrial capability and creating export oriented platforms from Abu Dhabi. By combining TriNanoโ€™s solar nanotechnology with AI enabled performance monitoring and predictive analytics, we intend to provide solar asset owners with a solution that enhances energy generation, reduces water consumption and enables more intelligent asset management. Our objective is to position Abu Dhabi as a hub for deploying these capabilities across the Middle East,Africa, and the selective Asian South Markets

Dr. Harsh Sethi, Chief Executive Officer and Co Founder of TriNano Technologies, added:

โ€œOur collaboration with DSKZ International Investment represents an important step in the international expansion of TriNanoโ€™s solar nanotechnology. The integration of AI enabled monitoring and analytics will enable solar asset owners to better understand, measure and optimise the performance benefits delivered by our technology. Abu Dhabi provides a compelling foundation for localisation, manufacturing, product adaptation and regional distribution across some of the worldโ€™s most strategically important solar energy markets.โ€

The partnership is expected to support both new solar developments and existing operational assets. By enhancing the physical performance of solar panels and applying AI toย optimizeย their operation and maintenance, the proposed solution has the potential to generate more renewable energy from installed infrastructure while reducing water use and lifecycle operating costs.

The collaboration also reinforces the growing UAE – India clean technology corridor by connecting Indian deep-technology innovation with Abu Dhabiโ€™s advanced industrial ecosystem, AI capabilities, investment platform and access to high growth regional markets.
