BENEFIT, Bahrain’s leading fintech and electronic financial transactions services company, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with FLOOSS, Bahrain’s leading digital consumer financing platform, to explore the introduction of Nano financing through BenefitPay. The proposed initiative would draw on both companies’ expertise to offer instant, small-ticket financing to support individuals’ everyday liquidity needs.
The MoU was signed at Fintech Forward 2026, where BENEFIT is participating as a Platinum Sponsor, by Mr. Abdulwahed AlJanahi, Chief Executive of BENEFIT, and Mr. Fawaz Ghazal, Group Chief Executive Officer of FLOOSS.

The agreement provides a framework for both companies to explore the Nano financing initiative, combining BENEFIT’s capabilities in electronic financial transactions with FLOOSS’s expertise in digital consumer financing. The collaboration will assess the potential integration of the solution into BenefitPay, with any subsequent development or implementation subject to further arrangements agreed between both parties.
Mr. Abdulwahed AlJanahi, Chief Executive of BENEFIT, commented: “We continue to develop our services around users’ evolving expectations, making everyday financial management more convenient and flexible. This MoU with FLOOSS provides a foundation for exploring how Nano financing could complement BenefitPay’s service offering and address a broader range of needs within a seamless digital experience.”
Mr. Fawaz Ghazal, Group Chief Executive Officer of FLOOSS, said: “Our partnership with BENEFIT creates an opportunity to bring FLOOSS financing closer to customers through one of Bahrain’s most widely used digital platforms. By combining BENEFIT’s reach with our digital financing capabilities, we can explore new ways to make Sharia-compliant financing more accessible and relevant to customers’ everyday needs. This is an important step in expanding how and where customers can access FLOOSS.”
Fintech Forward 2026 takes place on 7–8 October at Exhibition World Bahrain under the theme “Finance in the Age of Intelligent Infrastructure”. Hosted by the Bahrain Economic Development Board, the forum is supported by the Central Bank of Bahrain, the Labour Fund (Tamkeen), the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority, and Bahrain FinTech Bay, with Forbes Middle East programming the event. It brings together leaders from financial institutions and technology companies, investors and policymakers to examine the industry’s future and explore opportunities for investment and collaboration.
