Petromin Energy has officially inaugurated its new Petromin Energy Learning Center, reinforcing its commitment to workforce development, operational excellence, and higher standards of safety and service quality across its fuel station network.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by H.E. Amr Al-Dabbagh, Chairman and CEO of Al-Dabbagh Group; Steve Basra, CEO of Petromin Group; and Amit Wankhede, CEO of Petromin Energy, alongside senior executives and department directors.

In its initial phase, the center will focus on training fuel station employees through programs that combine classroom learning with hands-on practical experience. Key training areas include fuel station operations, health, safety and environment (HSE), customer experience, and leadership development. The center also aims to develop Saudi talent and equip employees with the skills needed to assume future supervisory and management roles.
The center’s development plans also include a Train-the-Trainer (TTT) program, designed to equip Area Managers and operational leaders with the skills to transfer knowledge and deliver continuous on-the-job training. This initiative is expected to help standardize operational practices and enhance service quality across the network.
The inauguration reflects Petromin Energy’s continued commitment to investing in its people, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and supporting national talent development in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
