Dana, the first virtual worker of Bahrain Islamic Bank

 Dana project is a component of Bahrain Muslim Bank’s journey of ‘continuous improvement and discovery’, says CEO.

v  Bahrain Islamic Bank has declared the appointment of its 1st digital virtual worker, named Dana.

Bahrain Islamic Bank (BisB) has declared the appointment of its 1st digital virtual worker, named Dana, United Nations agency are going to be serving to drive innovation in banking services.

The Dana project is in line with BisB’s objective to alter customers’ cash matters by enabling them to conduct their daily transactions with the final word ease and convenience, the bank aforesaid in its statement.

It supplemented that Dana will take a futuristic approach and lead from the front in giving info on the bank’s product and services, digitally providing tips and insights on FinTech and monetary trends.

“This revolutionary step demonstrates the bank’s success in its strategic efforts to rework its business approach, by providing leading and innovative monetary solutions to its customers, a tributary to the event of the kingdom’s monetary business at large” the statement aforesaid.

Hassan Jarrar, Chief Executive Officer of BisB, said: “Dana is our 1st virtual Bahraini worker. This milestone may be a step in a very long journey of continuous improvement and discovery for BisB in attempting to rework the culture of the bank into one among innovation and technology.

“Our final goal here is to create banking with BisB as seamless and pleasant with the apt utilization of smart phone technology.”
