XS.com, the Global FinTech and Financial Services Provider yesterday announced a new addition to a team that has been expanding at a rapid pace over the past few weeks: Stephanie Michael has joined XS.com as the new Global Head of Human Resources (HR).

Stephanie has extensive experience in human resources and a proven track record of success in working within the world of financial services. She will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations and performance management. The new head of HR will play a crucial role in attracting and retaining top talent, promoting a positive company culture, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
