Join the Construction Technology ConFex KSA (CTF KSA), co-organized by the Saudi Contractors Authority (SCA), for a two-day immersive experience that explores how technology is revolutionizing Saudi’s Built Environment and Giga Project delivery and operations. The event will take place at the Crowne Plaza | RDC Hotel in Riyadh on October 23rd and 24th, 2023.

The Saudi Arabia Giga Project program, a cornerstone of the 2030 Vision, is the world’s most extensive civil infrastructure initiative, aimed at transforming the Kingdom into a tourism and entertainment hub.

Notable projects like NEOM, with a staggering budget of $500 billion, represent the largest single project globally. Additionally, Red Sea tourism projects, valued at $8.5 billion, emphasize digital and smart delivery, while Roshn’s $2.4 billion housing projects incorporate sustainable principles, expected to reduce energy costs by an estimated 18%.

The construction and smart city technology sector, projected to reach nearly $14.745 billion by 2027 in KSA, will play a pivotal role in delivering these billion-dollar futuristic investments.

This event will showcase how digitalization and advanced technologies are shaping the construction and real estate industries in KSA and beyond.
