e& enterprise, part of e& (formerly known as Etisalat Group), has recently announced teaming up with Schneider Electric, a leader in the digital transformation of energy management and automation, digital grid business solutions (DGBS), to boost the operational efficiencies across its grid network, in line with the UAE Green Agenda 2030.
Industry sources added that the agreement was signed during a special ceremony at COP28 UAE, which took place in Dubai, UAE at Expo City from November 30 to December 12.
Industry sources further added that this partnership is focused on promoting clean energy solutions and ensuring environmental protection. Through this partnership, e& enterprise will explore new and alternative types of energy sources, load and generation volatility, as well as address any changes in demand patterns and new reliability requirements.
