Microsoft Azure VMware Solution Launch Boosts Firms To Achieve Better Efficiency

Microsoft And Intel Powered Azure VMware Solution will help organizations in the UAE and across the region achieve greater efficiency and better cost optimization when migrating and running VMware workloads on Microsoft Azure

Microsoft recently launched Azure VMware Solution, a fully managed Microsoft service running on VMware-validated Azure infrastructure, that boosts organizations to seamlessly extend or completely migrate their existing on-premises VMware applications to Microsoft Azure with minimal disruptions. 

Industry sources added that this service is available through Microsoft’s hyperscale cloud data centers in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. It was launched during an exclusive Microsoft summit, held in partnership with Intel at the Theatre of Digital Art in Dubai, Azure VMware Solution permits the firms to migrate and maintain their existing VMware skills and operational processes to Azure, at an optimal budget without any added burden and extra budget, minimalistic effort approach, and risk of re-architecting applications or retooling operations.

Additionally, it further enhances an organization’s cloud efficiency, the service also permits IT teams to access and leverage a wide range of native Azure services and tools across Microsoft’s Security, Data, and Artificial Intelligence stacks.
