Aramex, a global leader in logistics and transportation, has officially appointed Nicolas Sibuet as Chief Financial and Corporate Development Officer, effective May 8, 2026. This strategic move follows Sibuetโs impactful 12-month tenure as the company’s Acting CEO and marks a transition back to a dual leadership role overseeing financial and strategic growth.

Sibuet brings over three decades of international experience to the role, having joined Aramex as Group CFO in 2022. His background is defined by:
- Decades of Experience: Over 30 years of leadership in finance, corporate strategy, and restructuring.
- Transformation Specialist: Proven track record in managing large-scale transformations within asset-intensive industries.
- Governance & Reporting: Instrumental in strengthening Aramexโs financial foundations, enhancing transparency, and elevating governance standards.
