BankDhofar participated in the Real Estate Exhibition held as part of Salalah Khareef Season 2026, reaffirming its commitment to supporting Oman’s real estate sector while showcasing a comprehensive portfolio of financing solutions for individuals, homebuyers, investors and businesses.

The exhibition attracted leading real estate developers, investors, experts and industry specialists from across the Sultanate of Oman and overseas, providing a platform to explore investment opportunities and the latest trends shaping the property market.

BankDhofar’s participation reflects its role as a trusted financial partner in advancing Oman’s real estate and urban development sectors. It also aligns with the bank’s strategy of fostering strong partnerships with government and private sector stakeholders to support sustainable development and stimulate investment in line with Oman Vision 2040.

BankDhofar’s home finance solutions offer competitive interest rates starting from 4.35%, with streamlined application procedures, quick processing times and flexible repayment tenures of up to 25 years, helping customers plan their finances with confidence and realise their homeownership ambitions.

The bank also provides financing of up to OMR 350,000 or 90% of the property’s value, supported by a variety of financing options designed to accommodate different financial circumstances and investment objectives.
