Serac Developments has announced the signing of a strategic partnership with Sarh Construction, appointing the company as the main contractor for the full execution of its flagship SHAMASI project on Egypt’s North Coast. The partnership reflects Serac’s commitment to collaborating with leading construction firms to ensure its developments are delivered to the highest standards of quality and efficiency, while meeting targeted delivery timelines.
Industry sources confirmed that this partnership aligns with Serac Developments’ strategy of building long-term collaborations with top-tier specialized partners, enabling the company to deliver integrated real estate developments that meet customer expectations while strengthening its position in Egypt’s competitive real estate market.
Under the agreement, Sarh Construction will serve as the project’s main contractor, undertaking 100% of the construction works from project commencement through final delivery. The scope includes the construction of 1,564 residential units, in addition to all commercial and service components within the development.
