TelrShops Dubai’s Payment Gateway firm provides E-Commerce services for the SMEs

With the E-Commerce sector witnessing a huge robust expansion within the side-lines of the deadly universal Coronavirus Pandemic, TelrShops the Dubai, UAE based payment Gateway firm has launched in their latest E-commerce platform for aiding the SMEs across the territory to launch up their products online.

Established initially during six years ago in 2014, Telr has currently divulged TelrShops, an indigenously built E-Commerce platform that aids Smaller Merchants to expand in their business online and compete in a sector that has witnessed huge rapid expansion during the global coronavirus pandemic.

CEO Khalil Alami was prompt in stating that “the latest platform offers the traders for having an instant access to all the essential tools for generation of the unique virtual shops via a simpler, swifter, as well as a secured process that being integrated with the Telr Payment Gateway.”

Alami further added that “Historically, pandemics as well such crisis have been considered the writers for the new era in the global economic landscape, and signify a chief business paradigm-shift factor. Consequently, with the on-set recovery from the Covid-19 pandemic, all sectors globally are now rapidly re-shaping to acclimatize to a new and digital focused business model in order to ensure business continuity.

Debashish Mukhergee, Dubai partner at Kearney, a global consultancy firm, advised “SMEs to discover their core forte in numbers and forming an association to benefit them compete online with the big retailers.”

“The Covid-19 pandemic has also secured the situation of payment gateways and E-Commerce platforms, such as Telr, who form the core backbone of any economy,” he said, adding: “As economies and governments globally have gradually come out of the lockdown phase and flexed in the movement restrictions, we are witnessing a speedily swelling trend that focuses on the adaptation phase, where basic digitisation of all industries has become the new norm.”

“As a result, the E-Commerce arena is hugely strategically positioned to become the core foundation for the forthcoming economic phase, as businesses of all shapes and sizes show the urgency in moving their operations online.”

He added that TelrShops serves “the requirement for a long-awaited medium in the UAE and Saudi markets” and SMEs can generate professional websites in just five minutes without the requirement for technical skills or web development experience.

The launch of TelrShops comes just a few days after retail experts stated that the SMEs required huge aid in embracing upon the recent boom in E-Commerce. They stated that while online retail giants like that of Amazon or Noon have sooner turned the crisis into an opportunity, it was a time of great uncertainty for many SMEs.
