Sandeep Dinodiya takes the Engineering portfolio as he is the Head of Engineering, an 11-year veteran having expertise in technology and product development. He is attributed to building the global systems for unicorns and MNCs like OYO, Lenskart, and Cisco.
Sanchit Dayal, an ex-investment analyst with the Westbridge Capital, joins as the new Chief of Staff.
Yash Dabriwal, a former Management consultant at McKinsey comes on board as the new Head of Growth and Strategic Initiatives to power the overall firm’s strategy and steer global expansion.
Ramashis Biswas, will be the new Head of HR and Admin and he takes reigns of new role from his previous HR team handling expertise at 91springboard & Shuttl.
Ashish Mittal is onboard the Credgenics as the new Head of Customer Success with vast expertise in the customer lifecycle journey via his stints with Adobe, Sprinklr, and Moser Baer.
Credgenics operates across a core financial services space, handling a loan book of over Rs. 1,500 crores for 50+ Indian banking core players, comprising of NBFCs and FinTech lenders like HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, DMI Finance, and Zest Money.

As per Credgenics, the latest development in the induction of fresh faces and revamping the leadership team will play a critical role as the firm believes it can endure meeting a huge demand from an ever progressing client-base for seamless collections services through a customized debt recovery platform.
This hiring will also be aiding the firm in executing product empowerment and expansion plans for global markets like that of the SEA and MENA to aid address the bad loan issues in these geographies.
