Automation Anywhere acquires FortressIQ for ushering a new era of intelligent automation

Automation Anywhere, recently announced entering into a definitive agreement for acquiring FortressIQ, a cloud pioneer and a leading process discovery and mining firm based in San Francisco.

Automation Anywhere, a global leader in robotic process automation (RPA) will be amalgamating FortressIQ forward technology and thereby will usher in the latest era of intelligent automation by empowering firms for swifter automation initiatives and transformation in the digital-first world.

Creation of an Automated Company together

As per the Automation Anywhere, the overall demand for the RPA had surged as the pandemic continues and firms are on the lookout for the latest ways to streamline business processes. Process Intelligence, as part of the RPA, is crucial, aiding the firms in the identification, mapping, and analyzing the multi-dimensional processes that extend across hundreds of applications and thousands of the workforce.

With the acquisition of FortressIQ, Automation Anywhere will advance its AI-powered, cloud-native Automation 360 platform with process discovery, intelligence, and optimization that can scale to any system or application across any vertical. The new capabilities offer built-in intelligence that provides fast, accurate visibility on which processes can and should be automated.

Automating low-value, manual tasks can free up time and resources that can then be used by organizations to adapt to changing business conditions. Automation Anywhere customers have collectively implemented nearly 3 million automation, with leading companies deploying tens of thousands of bots throughout their organizations, primarily in the cloud.
