SCB is recognized by Visa as “Leadership in Debit Payment Volume Growth 2021”.

Based on the sales of banks on the Visa system, Visa awarded Saigon Commercial Bank (SCB) the “Leadership in Debit Payment Volume Growth 2021” award. This is an annual award to honor credit institutions that have contributed to the development of payment services of Visa in Vietnam.

Established in 1958, Visa is now one of the world’s leading companies specializing in electronic payment technology, providing electronic payment solutions to customers who are individuals, businesses, financial institutions and governments in more than 200 countries and territories.

SCB has become a strategic partner of Visa since 2016. Since then, SCB has been continuously honored by Visa with “Leadership in Payment Volume Growth 2020” and “Leadership in Operations Excellence for Cross Border 2019”, etc.

These awards have affirmed SCB’s prestige in card service quality in recent years. Currently, there are Visa card products at SCB including: S-Care credit cards, S-Digital debit cards and beYOU Zodiac debit cards. All three of these card lines are strongly attracting the attention of customers.

Currently, SCB has also increased preferences for S-Care credit cards, specializing in healthcare. New benefits include: 24/24 private doctor service, free post-Covid-19 screening package and privileges of priority medical examination at some hospitals/clinics.

In order to build and develop a comprehensive ecosystem, SCB continuously diversifies its products and services. Accordingly, heavy investment has been made on card products to meet the payment and consumption needs of customers.

Thanks to huge efforts, SCB received prestigious domestic and foreign awards such as “Top 50 Vietnam The Best Growth 2022” by Vietnam Report, “Fast Enterprise Award” by Asia Pacific Enterprise Awards 2021, “Best Banking Technology Vietnam 2021” by The European Magazine, “Straight Through Processing Award 2020” by The Bank of New York Mellon (BNY Mellon), etc.
