Over the last few decades, the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has evolved from a marginal and often neglected area of interest to a comprehensive decision-making process that is becoming increasingly relevant in companies evolving as an area of expertise in its own right.

One of the most important elements of Jordan Kuwait Bank’s organizational solgan “More than just a Bank” stands for our strength in our social role, improving the Bank’s relationship in its community, and contributing to the achievement of our goals: our commitment to economic and social objectives, developing with our partners and other national institutions, and enriching the Kingdom’s role in this field.

Jordan Kuwait Bank (JKB) aims to establish a culture of social responsibility in sync with the 17 Sustainable Development Goals. This spans a wide range of socioeconomic development issues; climate change, gender equality, health, education, and the environment, to name a few.

Furthermore, the approach to sustainability adopted by JKB will build a prosperous and resilient country in line with Jordan Vision 2025. We are committed to working with stakeholders to empower our clients, employees, and shareholders to thrive and reach their full potential. As a result, the Bank is paying greater attention to sustainability in a number of services and initiatives aiming to increase the Bank’s social impact .

Driven by our corporate culture and core values of professionalism, teamwork, and innovation, we deliver and share investment programs aligned with our Corporate Social Responsibility Policy stating that all activities must  be linked to the SDGs and all programs must follow international standards and organizational guidance.
