DWF, a global provider of integrated legal and business services, recently onboarded Bhavesh Dattani as a new financial services partner in Dubai.
Industry sources added that specializing in financial services regulation and financial crime compliance, Bhavesh joins DWF following three years at British Arab Commercial Bank plc in London, where he was General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer.
Bhavesh is a UK-qualified regulatory and compliance transactional and advisory lawyer with over 20 years of multi-jurisdictional financial services legal and compliance experience.
He has held compliance and financial crime senior management responsibilities in the UK, UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia. Throughout his career, Bhavesh has established and developed legal, compliance, and anti-financial crime programs with a focus on emerging markets.
