Software AG bolsters its footprint in MET via expansion in Egypt

Software AG has recently expanded its operations in the Middle East & Turkey with a foray into Egypt, to further boost digital transformation initiatives, in line with Egypt’s ICT 2030 strategy and the larger vision. The company aims to double its growth by 2026 by connecting people, technology, and processes through seamless consolidated, cloud-native, conformed hybrid integration and data integration capabilities solutions to build modern digital backbones.

Industry sources added that the launching of the brand-new office was graced by dignitaries and senior business executives that included Eng. Atef Helmy – former Minister of Communications and Information Technology and Chairman Prime Business Consulting joined by Ahmed Helmy, CEO – Prime Business Consulting and opening remarks by German Economic Counsellor Alexis Below – German Embassy Egypt amongst various other officials, customers and partners.

Industry sources also added that the Software AG currently collaborates with leading public-private entities in the country that invest significantly to drive a strong course of transformational services. These include government, telcos, utilities, oil & gas, finance & banking, and manufacturing amongst other key verticals.

The expansion to Egypt is in line with the company’s agenda of creating sustainable future-connected enterprises in support of the country’s digital goals towards building a robust digital economy. The company will play a vital role in enabling Egypt’s fourth-generation cities, modernizing government processes, and empowering and delivering efficient and personalized citizen-centric experiences by accelerating business transformation and building powerful data-driven IoT and Integration ecosystems.
