ahlibank, has launched its first Souq initiative aimed at supporting the growth and development of local SMEs. The initiative, which is the first of its kind in the bank’s history, is part of the bank’s commitment to aiding the overall socio-economic development in the region and is in line with Oman’s Vision 2040.

The ahlibank Souq, part of the bank’s Ramadan CSR programs, providing a platform for 40 SMEs from different sectors to showcase their products and services, supporting the local community’s development, youth projects, and female entrepreneurs. This comes as part of the bank’s commitment to support SMEs and facilitate their growth and expansion by providing them with the necessary exposure to a wider audience; contributing towards a brighter future for Oman’s economy.

Commenting on this initiative, Jumana Aflah Al Hashmi, Head of Marketing and Corporate Communications of ahlibank, said, “The ahlibank Souq marks a significant milestone in our commitment to supporting the growth and development of the Sultanate’s economy and community.
