Danube Properties is collaborating with the Dubai Land Department (DLD) on the pioneering ‘Dubai Real Estate Brokers Programme.’ This strategic partnership aims to facilitate the integration of new UAE national brokers into the dynamic real estate market while advancing the Emiratisation agenda within the sector.

Earlier this month, the Dubai Land Department successfully qualified 166 young Emirati citizens through the Dubai Real Estate Brokers Programme. This initiative is a cornerstone of the Dubai Social Agenda 33, reflecting a strategic endeavor to prepare UAE youth for influential roles within the real estate industry.

The partnership between Danube Properties and the Dubai Land Department highlights a shared vision for nurturing a robust real estate market in Dubai. This collaboration is a testament to their long-standing relationship and is aimed at supporting Emirati jobseekers, while providing distinct advantages for property transactions managed by local brokers.
