Tech Mahindra will leverage Microsoft’s generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) tool CoPilot to modernize the workplace experience for over 1,200 clients and 10,000 employees in 15 places. Industry sources added that Tech Mahindra will also deploy Microsoft’s GitHub Copilot for 5,000 developers, poised to surge productivity by 35-40 percent.
Industry sources further added that this strategic partnership positions Tech Mahindra as a leading Global Systems Integrator (GSI) adopting Copilot for Microsoft 365. Tech Mahindra is focused on boosting employees with AI tools to power AI innovation, value, and sustainable growth in an ever-evolving and competitive market by harnessing the power of Copilot for Microsoft 365. The organization plans to extend the value of Copilot with plugins within and outside the Microsoft app ecosystem to leverage multiple data sources drive creativity and increase productivity. The strategic partnership is focused on powering efficiency, curbing effort, and boosting quality and compliance across the board.

- SenTindra: Tech Mahindra built SenTindra, a cloud-based virtual security operations center developed on Microsoft Sentinel that provides customers with next-generation integrated security solutions.
- COMPASS-Cloud Security Assessment and Global System Integrator solutions: These solutions are centered on Microsoft Defender for Cloud and Purview Cloud Manager.
