Azizi Developments Reaches Near Construction Completion of Azizi Vista

Azizi Developments, a leading private developer in the UAE, has announced that the construction of Azizi Vista in Dubai Studio City is now 86% complete. Located in one of Dubaiโ€™s most sought-after residential areas, the development is scheduled to be delivered in Q3 2025 and will feature studio, one, and two-bedroom apartments.

Progress continues steadily, with overall finishes at 85%. Structural work, blockwork, and internal plaster have all been finalized, while tiling has reached 96%. HVAC and MEP installations stand at 95% and 87%, respectively. Progress on external works, the swimming pool, elevators, and faรงade has reached 47%, 79%, 90%, and 89%. The current workforce on-site consists of 397 personnel to guarantee continued momentum.ย
