The agreement was signed by Eng. Ahmed Elsewedy, CEO and Managing Director of Elsewedy Electric, and Eng. Peter Hertog, CEO of Thomassen Service, in the presence of Mr. Sadek Elsewedy, Chairman, alongside senior leadership from both organizations.
