With over 15 years of deep industry expertise building high-performing commercial teams and partner networks, Van Erp brings a formidable track record to Cloudera. His career highlights include a successful 12-year tenure at Google, where he scaled the EMEA partner sales operation for Google Cloud Security to more than $100 million in annual recurring revenue. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer at IronCloud, shaping the go-to-market framework for their AI-driven Security Operations as a Service platform.

At Cloudera, Van Erp will take charge of the EMEA channel strategy, collaborating closely with the regional sales organization to position partners as key multipliers of market value.
