Dulsco Group has announced the appointment of Abdelrahman M. Abdelaal as its new Group Chief Information & Technology Officer (Group CITO), reinforcing the Group’s commitment to accelerating its digital transformation agenda, strengthening enterprise resilience, and enabling sustainable growth through technology, data, artificial intelligence, and innovation.

In his new role, Abdelrahman M. Abdelaal will lead Dulsco Group’s technology strategy, operations and governance across its diverse portfolio of businesses. He will shape the Group’s future technology landscape by advancing digital capabilities, strengthening cybersecurity and organisational resilience, accelerating the responsible adoption of data and artificial intelligence and enabling technology-driven innovation in support of its long-term strategic ambitions.

Abdelrahman M. Abdelaal brings more than 30 years of technology and business leadership experience, including over 25 years in executive technology leadership roles. Throughout his career, he has held positions with internationally recognised organisations, including International Turnkey Systems (ITS), TAMWEEL PJSC (now part of Dubai Islamic Bank Group), and Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), leading enterprise-scale transformation programmes across the technology, government, energy, banking, financial services, retail, and diversified enterprise sectors throughout the Middle East.

Abdelrahman M. Abdelaal has led large-scale technology transformation programmes, modernising complex environments and building digital capabilities that deliver sustainable business value. He has extensive experience leading multidisciplinary technology teams, and developing operating models that balance innovation, governance, cybersecurity, and operational excellence.

He brings deep expertise in technology strategy digital and cloud transformation, enterprise architecture, business applications, data and artificial intelligence, IT service management, and strategic portfolio management. His experience spans regional and international technology operations, with a strong track record of aligning technology investment with business priorities.

Abdelrahman has successfully strengthened organisational resilience, enhanced cybersecurity capabilities, improved operational performance, and enabled growth through scalable, future ready technology solutions.
