Shorages, a technology-enabled fulfilment infrastructure platform serving e-commerce and omnichannel brands across the Middle East, has launched Q-Com, its new quick-commerce fulfilment service for brands operating in the UAE.

Q-Com has been launched in strategic collaboration with noon Send for Business, which supports the last-mile delivery component of the new service. Q-Com sits within the companyโ€™s wider fulfilment ecosystem, extending Shoragesโ€™ existing warehousing, order management and delivery infrastructure into quick commerce.

Q-Com is designed for brands that need to respond to rising expectations for speed without building a separate logistics operation. By positioning inventory closer to customers and connecting order management, warehouse operations and last-mile delivery through one integrated workflow, the service enables eligible orders to be delivered within 30 minutes once they have been packed and are ready for pickup.

The service launches as part of the wider Shorages portfolio and will initially be introduced to existing Shorages customers. This allows brands already using Shorages for warehousing, fulfilment or delivery to add a faster service level while maintaining centralised visibility across inventory and orders.

โ€œQuick commerce is no longer relevant only to the largest platforms. Customers increasingly expect speed from every brand, but building the operational infrastructure behind that promise is complex and expensive. Q-Com gives brands a practical way to offer faster delivery using the technology, fulfilment network and operational expertise they already trust from Shorages.โ€ – Tolga Neftci, Co-Founder and CEO of Shorages

Built for speed, visibility and scale

Q-Com is supported by Shoragesโ€™ integrated warehouse, order and transport management technology. The platform connects e-commerce channels, marketplaces and delivery partners, allowing orders to flow automatically from checkout to fulfilment while giving brands real-time visibility over stock and order status.

The model is intended to help e-commerce businesses add a quick-commerce option without duplicating systems, teams or facilities. Brands can use Q-Com alongside Shoragesโ€™ broader services, including warehousing, B2B and B2C fulfilment, same-day and next-day delivery, cross-border logistics and value-added services.
