Ishraq Hospitality, a leading hotel management group and a subsidiary of Mohamed & Obaid AlMulla Group, recently announced plans at ATM 2022 to further expand its portfolio of hotels across Egypt, Oman, and UAE with eight hotels in the pipeline.

Ishraq Hospitality further claimed to have set a major milestone by becoming a reputable third-party hospitality Management firm, expanding its portfolio of Holiday Inn Express hotels which are anticipated to complete over the subsequent five years.

In Dubai the groupโ€™s portfolio of hotels manifested its success claiming to have achieved over 80% occupancy in 2021 alone and has surged to over 95% since January 2022. Holiday Inn Express is one of IHG’s fastest-growing hotel brands with over 3000 hotels โ€“ a first choice for the surging number of travelers who required a simple, yet engaging place to rest, recharge and conduct business while abroad.
