DEWA confirmed through its sources that the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) at Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has accomplished noteworthy outcomes in terms of nurturing the operations, productivity, the accuracy of data, fast-tracking procedures, and curbing the budget and duration for tasks with a total of 40,000 hours until 2021.

DEWA additionally confirmed that it utilizes RPA to automate the business process to curb repetitive and routine assignments.

Industry sources added that this RPA comprises numerous initiatives like the automation: of server vulnerability status update, data caching service monitoring of DEWAโ€™s virtual Artificial Intelligence (AI) employee, work clearance application (WCA) process, GIS (Geographic Information Systems) Monitoring System, Bank Guarantee Statement (bank offers), and Domain Naming System (DNS) Scanning.
