Mountain View announced the launch of the ready-to-move second phase of Mountain View 1.1, one of its Signature Living projects, in parallel with the delivery of the project’s first phase. The milestone reflects the tangible progress achieved across the project’s construction and development works over three and a half years, while building on the success of Mountain View 1, the company’s first project and one of its most established residential communities in East Cairo. Through this launch, Mountain View continues to advance its vision of developing fully integrated communities shaped by a clear approach to planning, execution and long term value creation.

Spanning 127 feddans in the core of New Cairo, Mountain View 1.1 is strategically located near key roads, destinations, and service areas, offering seamless access to East Cairo’s vital districts and main facilities. The project comprises more than 1,700 residential units across two main living experiences: The Park, which includes iVillas and Millennials, and The Villas, which features standalone villas. The community also includes a wide range of services, recreational and commercial facilities, green spaces and sports amenities.

“At Mountain View, we continue to execute our growth vision while accelerating construction progress, translating our expansion plans into real communities on the ground. This comes while maintaining the standards of quality and commitment that form the foundation of our development approach,” remarked Eng. Wael Ezz, Co-CEO of Mountain View. “As we move closer to delivering the project’s first phase, the launch of this new phase reaffirms the importance of continuity in development, builds on what we have achieved since the launch of Mountain View 1, and supports the evolution of our portfolio in line with customers’ changing needs and the dynamics of Egypt’s real estate market.”

He added: “The investment value of Mountain View 1.1 has become increasingly clear with the significant progress achieved in construction and the investments injected by the company into the project since the beginning of the year. Construction investments has helped advance the project to a developed stage, alongside the start of unit deliveries to customers. This enhances the value delivered to customers and confirms that the project is steadily transforming into a fully integrated community ready to welcome its families.”

Mountain View 1.1 forms part of the company’s Signature Living portfolio, which Mountain View has developed over the years through a collection of distinctive villa-only communities. The portfolio began with Mountain View 1, Mountain View 2 and Mountain View 3 in East Cairo, along with Mountain View 4 in West Cairo, and LVLS on the North Coast. This philosophy is built on designing every element of the community as part of a cohesive living experience, from homes and street layouts to gardens, natural landscapes and signature destinations within each project, creating an integrated lifestyle that caters to different needs and ways of living. Mountain View 1.1 builds on this legacy, introducing a new chapter of Signature Living for a new generation of families.

Since its launch in 2022, the project has reflected Mountain View’s direction toward developing integrated communities that combine quality planning, disciplined execution and diverse residential experiences. Its location, construction progress and ongoing deliveries remain key pillars supporting its value within Mountain View’s East Cairo portfolio.
