Through its endeavors to offer Emiratis the chance to grow and explore the many facets of the industry, Imdaad remains at the forefront of empowering UAE nationals. This was highlighted with the launch of the companyโs internal training program, Elham, and partnership with the Jebel Ali Free Zone (Jafza) on its prestigious โTumoohiโ program. During the 12 to 18 month-long programs, candidates work within Imdaadโs different departments and gain a deeper understanding of the various aspects of the companyโs operations. These initiatives support the UAEโs Emiratisation efforts, which the country has established as a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for achieving the goals of its Vision 2021.
