PMKConsult hires Melanie Buttle as new HR Director

Melanie Buttle, Human Resources Director

PMKConsult, a project and commercial management consultancy,  recently announced the appointment of Melanie Buttle as its Human Resources Director. She will lead and implement the talent strategy for PMKConsult working closely with the Operations Director for the UAE and the Chief Operations Officer for the business. She joins the consultancy’s team with a senior-level background in the discipline within the hospitality sector.

Melanie Buttle has over 20 years of experience in generalist human resources roles in the UK and UAE. Her role at PMKConsult will be to plan, direct, and develop HR policies and guide and implement the talent strategy for the business across all offices.

The head count at PMKConsult has grown by over 50% in 2022 and has an employee retention well above the industry average. The company regularly celebrates work milestones with several team members marking five-, seven-, and 10-year anniversaries. Melanie’s HR expertise is expected to continue to strengthen the organization and create a more engaging work environment.

Melanie Buttle holds a master’s degree in Human Resources & CIPID Qualification from Southbank University in London, UK. She graduated from the University of Huddersfield.
