Lija brings broad experience spanning business aviation, aircraft management, luxury services, client experience and business development. Throughout her career, she has held senior leadership positions within the private aviation sector, working with aircraft owners and high-net-worth clients while developing businesses and service propositions tailored to the highly specialised requirements of the luxury and private aviation markets.ย
Her experience combines a deep understanding of aircraft management and private aviation operations with a strong focus on customer experience and long-term client relationships. ย

DCAF has also continued to enhance its technical capabilities, including securing San Marino CAR-145 approval for its maintenance operations.ย
