Modon Holding PSC (Modon) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Q Mobility, an Abu Dhabi-based smart mobility company that operates and manages public parking and road toll systems in the emirates, to explore the development of mobility services and parking management solutions across its communities and destinations. This agreement will focus on supporting efficient asset management and contributing to greater integration and sustainability across Modon’s developments, ultimately enhancing the overall experience for both residents and visitors.

The MoU was signed by Bill O’Regan, Group CEO of Modon Holding of Modon and Mohamed Husain Karmastaji, Chief Executive Officer of Q Mobility at the Liveability and Investment Exhibition (LIVEX) in Abu Dhabi on 1 October 2026.

Under the agreement, Modon and Q Mobility will explore opportunities to develop mobility and parking solutions that improve service efficiency, traffic flow and access to facilities, drawing on Q Mobility’s expertise from the earliest stages of planning. By embedding smart mobility and parking management into our master plans from the outset, the MoU aims to enhance the liveability and appeal of Modon communities, strengthen asset performance and create new service-led opportunities across Modon’s portfolio. The scope extends to the UAE and other markets where Modon operates, invests, or develops assets.

Bill O’Regan, Group CEO of Modon Holding, said: “Seamless mobility is an essential component for providing genuine quality of life. Our collaboration with Q Mobility supports this, bringing a proven operator of Abu Dhabi’s mobility infrastructure into our planning and development of future communities. Together, we can integrate advanced parking and mobility systems to ensure Modon’s destinations function more effectively, improving the everyday experience both in Abu Dhabi and in the international markets where Modon is expanding.”

Mohamed Karmastaji, Chief Executive Officer of Q Mobility, said: “This MoU marks an important step in Q Mobility’s journey to develop mobility services that meet communities’ needs and support the future of cities. Through our cooperation with Modon, we look forward to applying our expertise in parking management and mobility services to explore solutions that enhance service efficiency and the user experience.

Ibrahim Al Maghribi, CEO of Modon Real Estate, said: “Modon continues to build partnerships with specialist providers that strengthen the communities and destinations we create. This collaboration allows us to integrate Q Mobility’s expertise in mobility and parking management into our developments from the outset, supporting our ambition to create destinations where efficient services and ease of movement go hand in hand with quality of life.”

The partnership reflects Modon’s continued mission to enhance quality of life across its developments, while creating integrated communities that respond to evolving expectations around mobility, convenience and sustainable urban living.
