Mawarid Finance PJSC, a UAE-based Sharia-compliant financial institution, and Flocash, a fintech and travel technology provider, recently announced a strategic partnership to launch a unified corporate travel and spend management solution tailored to the UAE market.

The platform combines corporate travel management and card spend processing within a single integrated solution, enabling businesses to manage travel bookings, corporate expenditure and financial reporting more efficiently. With real-time card controls and automated transaction posting to enterprise resource planning (ERP) and accounting software, the solution aims to enhance financial visibility, strengthen corporate governance and simplify expense management for businesses across the UAE.

The solution incorporates local compliance capabilities designed to support businesses in meeting applicable UAE fiscal and regulatory requirements, including those associated with UAE Federal Tax Authority Decision No. 13 of 2026 and amendments to the VAT Executive Regulations. These features are intended to help businesses verify suppliers and manage input VAT documentation more efficiently within their day-to-day financial workflows.

Through Flocash’s travel technology ecosystem, the platform also provides access to major regional airlines, including Emirates and Qatar Airways, supporting corporate travel booking and management through an integrated system. Employees will be able to use a dedicated mobile application featuring an AI-powered chatbot to assist with trip planning, travel policy compliance and expense capture.

The partnership combines Mawarid Finance’s financial services expertise with Flocash’s corporate travel and payment technology capabilities to provide businesses with a more connected approach to managing travel-related expenditure and corporate finances.

The platform will also feature advanced card-issuing and processing capabilities, including instant in-app digital wallet provisioning and configurable spending limits, supporting a secure and digitally enabled payment experience for corporate teams.

By bringing travel management, corporate payments and financial oversight together, Mawarid Finance and Flocash aim to help UAE businesses streamline administrative processes, improve expenditure control and gain greater visibility over corporate spending.

The partnership reflects the companies’ shared focus on developing technology-enabled financial solutions that address the evolving needs of the UAE business community.
