Ford Middle East and North Africa has announced pivotal executive appointments to accelerate its growth strategy across Saudi Arabia, the Levant, and North Africa. These moves underscore Fordโ€™s commitment to the Kingdom as its primary strategic hub and follow three consecutive years of double-digit regional growth.

Key Leadership

Amith Shetty | Managing Director (Saudi Arabia, Levant & North Africa)

  • Roles: Overseeing sales, market share expansion, and the commercial vehicle ecosystem for Ford and Lincoln.
  • Key Initiative: Leading the establishment of Fordโ€™s new Regional Headquarters in Saudi Arabia.
  • Experience: A 15-year industry veteran with deep expertise across finance, strategy, and sales in North America and MENA.

Hamzeh Al Shalan | Regional Aftersales Director (Saudi Arabia & North Africa)

  • Roles: Driving the strategic direction for service, parts, and customer experience operations.
  • Focus: Enhancing the aftersales network to ensure premium support throughout the vehicle lifecycle.
  • Experience: Over a decade of specialized experience shaping Fordโ€™s aftersales presence within the Kingdom.

  • Kingdom-Centric Growth: Leveraging Saudi Arabia as the central engine for wider regional expansion and operational excellence.

  • Infrastructure Expansion: Scaling the Riyadh corporate office to support long-term localized operations.

  • Customer-First Ecosystem: Integrating advanced digital solutions, such as the recently launched Ford App, to redefine the ownership experience.

  • Operational Momentum: Sustaining high-performance growth through a diversified product lineup and strengthened distributor partnerships.
