GCG Enterprise Solutions has announced a strategic collaboration with Crestron โ€” a leading enterprise AV and smart building technology company โ€” strengthening its enterprise AV and smart building technology capabilities across the UAE and wider GCC region.

Industry sources added that this partnership equips GCG Enterprise Solutions with an expanded AV-over-IP offering, supported by in-house certified Crestron programmers, designers, and engineers. Organisations across the region can now access a single provider for integrated workplace and collaboration technologies, enabling secure, zero-latency 4K video distribution across complex, large-scale environments with greater scalability and reliability.ย

Industry sources further confirmed that this timely development coincides with the rapid digitalisation of UAE organisations, shifting from fragmented meeting room technologies toward fully integrated AV infrastructure that supports hybrid work, AI-enabled collaboration, smart building environments, and enterprise-wide operational efficiency. Technology-intensive environments are especially positioned to benefit from connected AV ecosystems, including:

  • Government & healthcare environments, where secure, resilient, and fail-safe communications infrastructure is critical.

  • Hospitality & conference centres, which require flexible AV distribution across ballrooms, meeting spaces, and public environments.

  • Corporate workspaces, which demand secure, high-performance collaboration environments that support hybrid work.

Anoop Nair, Business Development & Technical Sales Manager from Crestron, commented on the partnership stating that: “As organisations across the GCC accelerate workplace transformation initiatives, the demand for secure, scalable, and IT-centric AV infrastructure continues to grow. Our collaboration with GCG Enterprise Solutions brings together Crestron’s global expertise in workplace technology and smart building innovation with GCG’s deep regional delivery capabilities, enabling organisations to modernise collaboration environments while creating a foundation for smarter, more connected workplaces.”

Also commenting on the partnership with Crestron, Simon Howells, General Manager of GCG Enterprise Solutions, said: โ€œWhen it comes to AV solutions, progressive organisations across the UAE are increasingly demanding a unified backbone for communications and workspace automation. Our partnership with Crestron positions us as a single delivery partner offering a standardised, IT-grade ecosystem that simplifies the user experience while meeting the heavy security and reliability demands of the region’s top-tier organisations.”

Additionally, Industry sources further affirmed that for delivering better connected experiences for employees, customers, and visitors, advanced enterprise AV capabilities also enable organisations to optimise energy use and improve efficiency through intelligent automation, occupancy sensing, centralised management, and integrated unified communications platforms.

Currently, GCG Enterprise Solutions delivers end-to-end AV services spanning consultation, system design, integration, automation, managed services, and ongoing technical support as part of its wider enterprise technology portfolio across the UAE and wider GCC region.
